Free on Google Play and the App Store.

Enter your institution's code
Your school or college gives you its code. The app uses it to find your institution.

Sign in
With your email and password. You see only what your role and your institution allow.

One app for every role
Staff, parents and students all use the same app. What each person sees depends on their role.
It follows your plan
The home screen shows only the modules your institution has switched on, so nobody taps into something you don't use.
Fees: view, not pay
Families see the fee structure, their receipts and your bank details in the app. Online fee payment happens on the web, from the student login.
Admin stays on the web
Settings, fee set-up, exams and reports are run from ProEMS in a web browser. The app is for staff, parents and students.
Android notifications
On Android, the app sends notifications for attendance, school and class news, new certificates and photo albums.

- Is the ProEMS app free?
- Yes. It's free to download on Google Play and the App Store, and both apps are included in every ProEMS plan at no extra cost.
- Why is the iPhone app called ProIMS?
- It's the same ProEMS app. The App Store listing still shows the name "ProIMS" and will be renamed ProEMS in a later update. Use the App Store link on this page to be sure you get the right one.
- Can parents pay school fees in the app?
- No. In the app, families can see the fee structure, their receipts and the school's bank details. Online fee payment is done on the web, from the student login, through the school's own payment gateway.
- Where do I get my school's code?
- From your school or college office. Each institution has its own code, and the app uses it to connect you to your institution's ProEMS.
- Can teachers mark attendance from the app?
- Yes. Teachers mark class attendance from the app, and can also post news, upload study material and photo albums, write daily progress reports and answer students' questions.
