Many pages start on one plan and add parts on a higher one, such as leave and payroll on Platinum inside HR, or defaulter reports on Platinum inside fees. Each feature page shows exactly which plan includes which part. Prices are per student a year, plus 18% GST.

- Can we switch on only the modules we need?
- Yes. Each module is switched on or off for your institution from the settings, and the menus and app tiles only show what's switched on. Your plan decides which modules are available to switch on.
- Do you charge per module?
- No. You pay per student per year for a plan: Silver ₹79, Gold ₹169 or Platinum ₹249, plus 18% GST. Each plan includes the one before it, and SMS and payment gateway charges are passed through at cost.
- Is there a mobile app for these features?
- Yes. The ProEMS app on Android and iOS has a view for staff, students and parents. Staff mark attendance and post news, students get study material, results and fees, and parents get messages, photos and fee receipts. Office and accounts work runs on the web.
- Does ProEMS work for colleges as well as schools?
- Yes. One product covers both. Colleges get programs, courses, departments, terms, backlogs, subject approval, examination forms, admit cards and university Excel exports, and the labels switch between school and college wording.
- Can we bring our existing records over from Excel?
- Yes. Student records can be imported from Excel, and many lists in ProEMS export to Excel when you need them outside the system.
