These terms cover your use of www.proems.in, which is run by Transcloud Solutions Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), J 324, Siddharth Elegance, Chhani, Navayard Road, Vadodara, Gujarat 390024, India. By using the website, you agree to them.
A ProEMS subscription is covered by its own written quote and agreement, not by these terms. If anything on this website differs from your quote or agreement, the quote or agreement applies.
Information on this site
We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information about ProEMS.
- Prices are per student per year, in Indian rupees, before 18% GST, as shown on our pricing page.
- The price estimator gives an estimate, not an offer. Your written quote is what counts.
- What your institution can use depends on its plan and on the modules it switches on.
Free templates and calculators
You're welcome to download, fill in, adapt and print our free templates for your own institution, whether or not you use ProEMS. Please don't sell them or republish them as your own.
Our calculators work out results from the numbers you enter. They're a guide: check important results against the current rules of your board, university or state before you rely on them.
Using the site properly
When you use this website, please don't:
- send false details, or someone else's details without their permission;
- send spam or automated form submissions;
- try to get into parts of the website or our systems that aren't meant for you;
- do anything that disrupts the website or makes it slower for others.
Our name and content
The ProEMS name and logo, and the text, designs and illustrations on this website, belong to Transcloud Solutions Pvt Ltd. You're welcome to quote short passages and link to any page.
Other names that appear here, such as education boards, app stores and payment providers, belong to their owners. We use them only to describe what ProEMS works with.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as Google Play and the App Store. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Our responsibility
We provide this website as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from relying on the general information, templates or calculators on it. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what personal data this website collects, how we use it and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
