How your price is worked out

Pick a plan. Silver is ₹79, Gold is ₹169 and Platinum is ₹249 per student per year.

Count your students in slabs. Like income-tax slabs, only the students inside each slab get that slab's rate. Your first 500 are always at full price.

Check the minimum. The yearly subscription is at least ₹12,000 before GST. That only matters below 152 students on Silver, 72 on Gold or 49 on Platinum.

Add GST. 18% GST goes on top. Paying quarterly adds 10% before GST.

- How much does ProEMS cost?
- ProEMS costs ₹79 (Silver), ₹169 (Gold) or ₹249 (Platinum) per student per year, plus 18% GST. There's no setup fee, and hosting and both mobile apps are included. The minimum is ₹12,000 a year before GST, and the price per student drops for every student above 500.
- Is GST included in the price?
- No. Every price on this page is before GST. We add 18% GST to each invoice, so ₹169 per student on Gold comes to ₹199.42 with GST.
- Are there setup, hosting or app charges?
- No. Setup is free, hosting on AWS in Mumbai is included, and so are the Android and iOS apps. The only costs on top are GST and the SMS and payment-gateway charges, which we pass on at cost.
- How does the volume pricing work?
- It works like income-tax slabs, worked out for each school. The first 500 students are charged the full plan price, students 501 to 1,500 are charged 85% of it, and students 1,501 to 5,000 are charged 70%. For example, 800 students on Gold cost ₹1,27,595 a year before GST: 500 at ₹169 and 300 at ₹143.65. Above 5,000 students we'll quote you.
- Is there a minimum charge?
- Yes, ₹12,000 a year before GST. It only affects small institutions: fewer than 152 students on Silver, fewer than 72 on Gold, and fewer than 49 on Platinum.
- Can we pay quarterly instead of yearly?
- Yes. The standard is one payment a year, in advance. Quarterly billing splits the year into four payments and costs 10% more over the year.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. You can use ProEMS free for one month, and there's no lock-in contract after it.
- Which plan should we choose?
- Gold suits most schools and colleges, because it adds fees with online payment, exams and report cards to everything in Silver. Pick Silver if you only need records, attendance and communication for now. Pick Platinum if you also run admissions, a library, transport or payroll on ProEMS.
- Can we start on one plan and move up later?
- Yes. Plans are cumulative and modules are switched on for each institution separately, so moving up is a change we make in your settings. Tell us when you're ready and we'll agree how your bill changes.
- We run more than one school. How is that priced?
- Each school is priced on its own students, because each one gets its own ProEMS with its own database and web address. Volume pricing applies within each school. Running a larger group? Ask for a quote and we'll talk it through.
